Jiamin is leaving in September, so we organized a little gathering before she leaves. We were down to the very last minute, deciding whether to purchase the voucher on http://www.mydeal.com.my/, because dates were being switched back and forth, and dinner was decided at the very last minute. When we finally decided, it was down to the last 21 minutes before the deal ends.
And because it turned out that most of us had to work late, we only managed to arrive at 8pm. Well, the location of La Gomera wasn't actually easy to find either which contributed to the arrival time as well. We thought we should give this place a try, since its voucher was RM29.95 for Spanish buffet, 50% off from its original price.
We were very disappointed.

ONE was enough to have me send back the entire plate to the kitchen. It tasted like they have kept the oysters for a very long period of time before serving them to us. You can't taste the freshness at all. The rest of the buffet? The only thing I enjoyed was their vegetable soup and clams. The rest of the food served wasn't what we expected to be spanish-fied. Well, I can't judge, considering I haven't been to Spain.
Food aside, the company was great. Ask if I were to visit again? Well, perhaps not in the near future.
