After I had my dinner, I passed by a lottery ticket place, and saw quite a number of people queuing to buy their desired numbers, in hope that when 7.45pm comes, one of them can be millionaires. Are you guilty for having such hopes? I was, and honestly, I have seen so many adults buying these numbers, I followed suit. To them, it is just a small sum of money, to buy a big hope in getting more money. I was guilty of that. Everytime I pass by a 4D parlour, I would almost often, walk in, buy my car plate, my birth date, my IC, my handphone, my employee ID, (and the list goes on...) and everytime I leave the place with high hopes, only to be led into a bigger disappointment when the results are announced. Each time, I vowed not to buy into these hopes, but almost every time I feel like I could do with some extra cash, and ended up spending money to buy such hopes. 

Each and every time, my numbers never come out. 

I have heard of stories, on how people go to the extent of praying/asking/seeking for the 4-digit number, which will grant them money. These may seem silly to most of us, but to some, such money which falls from the sky can help some of them come out from poverty or give them a better life. 

If, these people are in need of a better life, think of the extent they would go, to get where they wanna be. And if a solution is provided to these people, without having to go through the risks, of having to see their numbers come out, do you think that would be a good idea?
