4 days of work in Pulau Jerejak has been pretty intense.
I remembered the last day of work, we had to wake up at 3am, to catch the 4am ferry to the island since the operation was due to start at 6am. I was like a walking zombie, even my colleagues caught me dozing off because it was seriously torturous to wake up so early; as if a sin to do so, hehe.

4 days in Penang - not really ALL WORK and no play, because we did have time for Penang food. Even went to the famous Gurney Drive for dinner and also stopped by Gurney Plaza for a walkabout. The final night, also took the opportunity to walk from our hotel to Komtar for sight-seeing and back. And also dinner at Macalister Road and this Nan Yang Restaurant across Old Green House Cafe. Oh yes, a seafood dinner in Bukit Tambun before heading back to KL.

We could have stayed for an extra day to relax and unwind after work, if it wasn't because I had to rush to Westport, Klang the following day for meeting/route survey. Felt that the week itself was pretty intense, ever since on Monday, when we had to pick bro up from LCCT at 12am, and I had only 3 hours of sleep before heading to work at 7.30am, and then made it on time to Klang for meeting, BEFORE heading up north to Penang.

Glad that it's over, and I'm home for the weekend. Going to be on leave until Wednesday to unwind and spend some quality time with the missus. Unfortunately I have 3 technical proposals to be handed in by next week, and I'm so dead. I need to do something quick, before the dead lines are here!
